SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency stated it can be alarmed with regards to the high variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your high quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office dedicated to service the area each day. The support position designed for intervention activities a substantial influx of read more prospective beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for the Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to allow the servicing of all clients and increase usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
